Retrieve metadata for a declaration using its CIDv1 (Content Identifier) identifier. Returns the full declaration record including publicMetadata, signatures, and optional registry data. Requires a valid API key. A redacted declaration is still returned in full, flagged only by the response header x-declaration-status: redacted. A fully deleted declaration answers 410 Gone with its public deletion marker instead of the metadata; see the Redaction & Deletion guide.

    CIDv1 (Content Identifier) of the declaration. Must be a valid base32-encoded CIDv1 string returned from the Declaration API.
